COYOTE CALL IS HITTING THE ROAD—LET’S GET WILD!

Alright, ladies—it’s time to shake things up! This year’s campout isn’t just about setting up and kicking back… we’re rolling out for a two-wheeled adventure with an overnight stop in the great outdoors before circling back to home base.

THE PLAN:

🛻 Thursday Night – Meet & camp at Yellow Rose Canyon
🏕️ Friday Night – Ride out and stay at Bushy Creek Campground near Lake O’ The Pines (tent/truck/van camping only!)
🏍️ Saturday – Ride back to YRC by 2PM and get ready to party (SATURDAY ONLY DAY PASSES ALSO AVAILBE HERE)
☕ Sunday – Coffee, deep breaths, and teary-eyed goodbyes

THE DEETS (Wait… is “deets” still cool? Let’s say YES.)

Your ticket includes:

• Catered dinners Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights

• Live music by The Waylanders, themed dance party, tarot readings, and more

• Access to Yellow Rose Canyon’s 116 acres of trails, ponds, and party zones

• A full weekend of sisterhood, stoke, and unforgettable moments

🍻 FOOD & DRINKS

• BYOB & snacks! (keep 'em in the camping or cabin/RV zones)

• The Red Thorn Bar is open daily with cocktails, mocktails, and cold brews
  🚫 No outside drinks allowed inside the fenced-in bar area—don’t make us say it twice!

• Extra meals available for purchase from food vendors

📅 DAILY SCHEDULE

THURSDAY, JULY 10 — CAMP, CHILL, CONNECT

• 1:00PM – Check-in at YRC

• Set up your cabin, RV, or tent

• Explore the grounds (think nature walk meets adult summer camp)

• Catered dinner provided

• Meet your ride crew, mingle with fellow Coyotes, and kick things off right

FRIDAY — RIDE, CAMP, HOWL AT THE MOON

• 8:00AM – Coffee & light breakfast for purchase at The Red Thorn Bar

• 9:30AM – Kickstands up! Group ride to lunch, then on to Bushy Creek Campground

• Cool off lakeside, swim, lounge, vibe

• Hot dog & burger dinner provided

• Drum circle + full moon howl — primal energy encouraged

• BYOB and toast to the wild women of the woods

SATURDAY — BACK TO BASE, THEN WE DANCE

• 10:00AM – Ride out from Bushy Creek

• Lunch stop on the way back

• Arrive at YRC around 2:00PM — swim, chill, and refresh

• Get Ready for the night.. 70’s THEMED EVENING /DANCE PARTY —go all out, bring your sequins, fringe, and funky fits (don’t be shy, we like to go all out)

• 6:00pm Dinner service. Come dressed in 70’s attire for dinner, great way to kick off the night!

• Raffle prizes and Awards

• The Waylanders take the stage around 8:30PM - Dance Party begins!

• Campfire hangs (if burn ban allows) 'til the stars fade

SUNDAY — COFFEE, VIBES & FAREWELLS

• Grab your morning cup at The Red Thorn Bar

• Group hugs, goodbyes, and ride out with your heart full and your face sore from smiling

Included in every ticket! First-come, first-served in designated areas at Bushy Creek Campground (with electric). Just you, the trees, and a sky full of stars.

🛌 Cabins at Yellow Rose Canyon

Want a real bed, AC, and a bathroom? We got you. Choose from shared or private cabins:
Each cabin ticket includes:
✔️ Event entry for one
✔️ A bed in your chosen cabin
✔️ Tent camping spot at Bushy Creek
✔️ 1–3 meal vouchers (based on cabin type)

🚐 RV Spots

Got a rig? Park it at Yellow Rose Canyon (spots available!) or book separately with Bushy Creek.
RV Driver Ticket includes:
✔️ Entry for 1 driver
✔️ Tent camping spot at Bushy Creek
✔️ 3 meal vouchers

Passengers must purchase a separate Event Pass.
